For samples, urgent restocks and small, high-value goods. We fly your cargo from Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shanghai or Hong Kong to the Indian airport nearest you, clear customs and deliver.
Speed does not mean extra paperwork for you. Air shipments get the same door-to-door handling as sea.
Airlines charge on the higher of actual weight and volumetric weight. Light, bulky cartons cost more by air than their weight suggests.
| Example carton | Actual weight | Volumetric weight | You pay for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Phone cases, 50 × 40 × 30 cm | 18 kg | 10 kg | 18 kg |
| Plush toys, 60 × 50 × 50 cm | 6 kg | 25 kg | 25 kg |
| LED bulbs, 55 × 45 × 40 cm | 14 kg | 16.5 kg | 16.5 kg |
Volumetric weight = length × width × height in cm ÷ 6,000.
Choose air when goods are urgent, under about 300 kg, or worth a lot per kilo, such as electronics, jewellery and samples. For anything bulky or heavy, sea is far cheaper.
Lithium batteries are dangerous goods and need special packing and labels. Many can fly as cargo with the right paperwork; tell us the battery type when you ask for a quote.
Usually yes. We file the Bill of Entry before the flight lands, and most air shipments are released within one to two working days.
Tell us the carton size, weight and pickup city. We will quote air cargo and express side by side.
