("we", "us") provides import, freight, customs clearance and delivery services from China to India. This policy applies to our website, WhatsApp and phone contact, and the services we provide. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
2. What we collect
- Contact details: your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address.
- Business details: company name, GSTIN, IEC, PAN and KYC documents that customs requires.
- Shipment details: invoices, packing lists, product descriptions, supplier details and photos.
- Payment details: records of payments you make to us. We do not store card numbers or UPI PINs.
- Website data: basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.
3. How we use it
- To prepare quotations and reply to your questions.
- To book freight, clear customs, pay duty and deliver your goods.
- To file documents that Indian customs, GST and other authorities require.
- To send shipment updates by WhatsApp, SMS, call or email.
- To issue invoices and keep accounting records.
- To improve our website and services.
We will only send you marketing messages if you agree, and you can opt out at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to move your goods:
- Shipping lines, airlines, freight partners and our warehouses in China.
- Licensed customs brokers and Indian customs (through ICEGATE).
- Transport and courier companies that deliver your goods.
- Insurers, if you make a claim.
- Government authorities when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. How long we keep it
We keep shipment and invoice records for at least eight years, as required by Indian tax and customs law. Enquiries that do not lead to a shipment are deleted after 24 months.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold, correct it, or delete data we no longer need to keep by law. You can also withdraw consent for marketing. Email and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We limit access to your documents to the staff who handle your shipment and use secure systems to store them. No system is completely secure, so please share documents only through our official email or WhatsApp number.
8. Cookies
Our website may use basic cookies to keep it working and to understand how visitors use it. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
